#18 Is this really the end? Or just the beginning...

Firstly I'd like to wish everyone a Very Happy Christmas!

Secondly This has been a wonderful experience and now I must tell you that I have relinquished all contact with the outside world as I am dedicating myself solely to blogging!

Naturally I will take a break to go to work however if you wish to contact me please do so through my blog or at the La Trobe desk when I'm not blogging!

#17 On Library 2.0 & Web 2.0...

As I gaze out upon the blogger landscape I know that I too am a blogger and not just a lone librarian in a sea of inquiries!

Take the horse by the reins SLV and gallop for it!

#16 Podcasts, Smodcasts

This is fantastic and a wonderful thing the podcast!

And like many things on the blogger roller coaster ride exciting and also a great tool for individuals with a disability, whether it be mobility impairment, audio impairment or visual impairment.

The podcast generally increases overall access and is only limited by it's financial resources.
#15 Video Sharing Websites - YouTube et al

I've been bitten! This is highly addictive!

#14 Discovering more Web 2.0 tools

Time is running out!!!!!

This was an interesting exercise.
Flickr really did its thing!

The other tools as well as Flickr are USA centric.

However knowledge of such tools can be passed onto clients even though I do not necessarily require them in my daily work practice.

#13 Blog about Technology

Just as in the olden days with the telephone I never had/have the minute workings of the technology in mind when using everyday technological device(s) at hand.

It is a case of mix and match and whatever sits well with the librarian and the user is a good fit. Basically you can't bounce a potato chip and you can't function in the contemporary library world without interacting with technology.

let it be noted that cut and paste does not a good writer make!

#12 Web-based applications - not just for desktops

Oh my god! I exhausted myself doing this!
I agree with other blogettes that this is a great resource for library clients who need to do docs. in the library.
