#18 Is this really the end? Or just the beginning...

Secondly This has been a wonderful experience and now I must tell you that I have relinquished all contact with the outside world as I am dedicating myself solely to blogging!

This is fantastic and a wonderful thing the podcast!

And like many things on the blogger roller coaster ride exciting and also a great tool for individuals with a disability, whether it be mobility impairment, audio impairment or visual impairment.

The podcast generally increases overall access and is only limited by it's financial resources.

Time is running out!!!!!

This was an interesting exercise.
Flickr really did its thing!

The other tools as well as Flickr are USA centric.

However knowledge of such tools can be passed onto clients even though I do not necessarily require them in my daily work practice.

#13 Blog about Technology

Just as in the olden days with the telephone I never had/have the minute workings of the technology in mind when using everyday technological device(s) at hand.

It is a case of mix and match and whatever sits well with the librarian and the user is a good fit. Basically you can't bounce a potato chip and you can't function in the contemporary library world without interacting with technology.

let it be noted that cut and paste does not a good writer make!

All is not what it seems. There are many blogs that are advertising sites and man y that are very interesting if you're interested in the mundane everyday.

Less is more!

Searching the tags on Technorati pulled up more non professional blogs whilst searching the blog posts and directory located blogs more pertinent to Learning 2.

Still life photography is the practice or products of depicting inanimate subject matter, typically commonplace objects which may be either natural or man-made. Still life is the photography of small groups of objects, either found or put together for the purpose. Still life photography gives the photographer more leeway in the arrangement of design elements within a composition than do photographs of other types of subjects such as landscape or portraiture.
Still life photography represents one of the most demanding aspects of photography. In this area the photographer is expected to have a highly refined sense of lighting coupled with superb compositional skills because the photographer is making pictures rather than taking them. Knowing where to look for propping and surfaces is also a valuable trait.
In addition to knowing the fundamentals of photography, successful still life photographers are intimately familiar with the tools of this field: tremendous studio lighting skills, ability to use large format view cameras, a strong visual technique, and distinctive stylistic approach.
Still life is one of the hardest of photographic genres to define. Portraits, nudes, architecture, lingerie, even special effects all raise certain expectations; but still life is another matter. It ranges from advertising shots to the most personal of work; from pictures that can take days to assemble in the studio, to those that are "found" compositions and are photographed by available light in a few moments; from subjects no bigger than the palm of your hand to those which fill a room.
